By using Interview Launchpad ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Interview Launchpad provides AI-powered interview preparation tools including:

• Prep: Resume analysis, interview script generation, and predicted question generation based on your resume and a job description.
• Tailor (coming soon): A Chrome extension that tailors your resume to match job descriptions found on career pages.
• Copilot (coming 2026): Real-time AI coaching during video interviews via a second-screen companion.

2. Account and Authentication

You sign in using Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your credentials with others.

3. Acceptable Use

The Service is intended for personal interview preparation only. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service at scale
• Resell or redistribute outputs from the Service

4. Interview Copilot — User Responsibility

When Interview Copilot launches, you acknowledge that:

• Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. Some states and countries require all-party consent to record conversations. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable recording and wiretapping laws in your jurisdiction.
• Interview Launchpad provides coaching suggestions only. The decision to use these suggestions during an interview is yours alone.
• Some employers may have policies regarding the use of AI tools during interviews. You are responsible for understanding and complying with any such policies.

5. AI-Generated Content

All scripts, predicted questions, match analyses, and coaching suggestions are generated by AI for guidance purposes only. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of match percentages or keyword analyses
• That predicted questions will appear in your interview
• That following AI-generated scripts will result in job offers

The Service is a preparation tool, not a guarantee of interview performance.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide (resumes, job descriptions). AI-generated outputs (scripts, analyses, predictions) are provided for your personal use. The Interview Launchpad brand, design, and code remain our intellectual property.

7. Beta and Free Tier

During beta, the Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers, modify features, or change pricing with reasonable notice. Beta users will be notified before any changes that affect their access.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interview Launchpad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
