Interview Launchpad is built with a privacy-first architecture. We process your data in real-time and discard it immediately. Here's exactly how it works.

What We Collect

Account data only. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we store your name, email, and profile photo for authentication purposes. If you join a waitlist, we store your email address.

We use basic, cookieless analytics to understand page-level traffic. We do not fingerprint browsers or track individual behavior across sessions.

What We Don't Do

• We never train AI models on your resume, job descriptions, or analysis results.
• We never share or sell your data to third parties, recruiters, or employers.
• We never store your resume on our servers after your analysis is generated.
• We never use third-party tracking cookies or advertising networks.

How It Works

When you submit a resume and job description, here's what happens:

• Step 1: Your data is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection to our server.
• Step 2: Our server forwards the text to our AI provider for real-time analysis.
• Step 3: The AI generates your personalized prep plan (match analysis, talking points, predicted questions).
• Step 4: Results are returned to your browser. The resume text and job description are not retained on our servers.

Your results are saved locally in your browser (via localStorage) so you can revisit them. They are not stored on our servers unless you are signed in — in which case, only you can access them via Supabase Row Level Security.

Infrastructure

• Hosting: DigitalOcean (US data center), encrypted at rest
• Authentication: Supabase Auth with Google and Apple OAuth — we never see or store your password
• Encryption: TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest
• Access control: Supabase Row Level Security ensures users can only access their own data

Upcoming Products

Tailor (Chrome extension): Your resume will be stored locally in your browser. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly download a tailored version.

Copilot (interview coach): Audio will be processed in real-time only. No audio is ever stored, replayed, or shared. Transcription and suggestions are generated live and discarded after your session.
